Terms of use
Educational information only
Food & Health Guide provides general nutrition information and links to public sources. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a personalized clinical nutrition plan. It does not check drug–supplement interactions or recommend a supplement or dose. Your use of the app does not create a clinician–patient relationship.
Health needs vary. If you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are considering a supplement, discuss decisions with a qualified healthcare professional. People under 18 should use nutrition information only with a parent or guardian and a pediatric healthcare professional.
How to use the guide
Use the information as a starting point for questions to discuss with your care team. Do not start, stop, or change a prescribed medicine or treatment based on the app. The app may not reflect local guidelines or every individual circumstance. Check the linked source and local professional advice.
Availability and updates
The app is provided as a public beta and may change as its content and features are reviewed. Sources are linked so you can check the underlying guidance. We may correct or update the app, but we do not promise that every page is complete or current for every country.
Paid plans
No paid service is currently offered. Any prices or Premium features described on the Plans section are proposals, not an offer to purchase. If paid services are introduced, the checkout will show the final price, billing interval, any trial period, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions before payment. No charge will be made through this beta.
External websites
The app links to third-party public health sources. Those sites are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy practices, and content. We do not control them.
Contact
Before paid services or user accounts launch, the operator's legal identity and a contact address for questions will be published here.
